How this marketing website handles information.
Effective July 31, 2026Privacy Policy
Looking for information about your health information privacy?
This page covers privacy practices for this marketing website only. For information about how we protect your medical records and health information, please see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Adult & Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center, PA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website as a marketing and informational resource. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information collected through this website only. It does not cover clinical privacy practices or how we handle your protected health information.
This website has no forms, user accounts, or input fields. You cannot submit information to us through this site, and we do not collect protected health information (PHI) or any user-submitted data through it. Appointment scheduling and all clinical communication happen by phone or through separate third-party platforms that operate independently of this website.
Some information is still received automatically when any browser loads a web page. Our hosting provider and our analytics tool receive standard technical information including your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and the pages you view. Depending on the privacy law that applies to you, an IP address may itself be treated as personal information. We use this information only for site delivery, security, and aggregate usage measurement, as described below. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with any patient record.
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics (described below) to distinguish unique visitors and measure aggregate site usage. These cookies contain a randomly generated identifier used to recognize a returning browser. They do not contain your name, contact details, or any health information. We do not enable the Google Analytics features that would associate your visit with a signed-in Google account or use it for advertising, and this site is not linked to any Google Ads account. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated usage data such as page views, traffic sources, device type, and approximate location. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) to recognize returning visitors. Google states that for visitors outside the EU, Switzerland, and the UK, Google Analytics collects IP addresses to operate the service, uses them to detect spam traffic and to derive an approximate, city-level location, never associates a raw IP address with a user identifier, and discards the raw IP address after use. No health information is collected through this service.
User-level and event-level analytics data for this website is retained for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. Aggregated reporting totals, which do not identify individual visitors, are retained by Google for longer.
You can prevent your visit from being measured by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics cookies and scripts. Google Analytics does not respond to the browser “Do Not Track” signal, so enabling that setting will not stop measurement on this or any other site that uses Google Analytics. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and delivered through the Cloudflare global content delivery network. As part of providing hosting, network routing, and security protection, Cloudflare automatically processes connection metadata (such as IP addresses and request headers). This information is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy practices. Cloudflare does not receive any health information from this website.
For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

All clinical services, patient communications, and health information are handled through our electronic health record platform under an executed Business Associate Agreement. For complete information about how we use and protect your health information, your rights under HIPAA, and how to access your medical records, please see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
