• InSync: A HIPAA-compliant practice management and patient portal platform. Adult & Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center, PA has executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the platform provider for the handling of protected health information. The patient portal at accpcintouch.insynchcs.com is operated by InSync and is governed by their terms and privacy practices once you leave this website. The portal is intended for existing patients managing their care.
• Hushmail: A HIPAA-compliant secure email provider. Adult & Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center, PA has executed a BAA with Hushmail for general inquiry communications. Hushmail's services are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Google Maps: Our homepage and our contact page each embed a Google Maps view showing our office location. The map loads only when you scroll to it. When it loads, Google receives your IP address, browser information, and the address of the page you are viewing, under Google's standard terms. The map embed does not receive any health information.
• Google Analytics 4: Used to collect aggregated, de-identified website usage data. Sets first-party cookies and reports to Google. See the Analytics section above for opt-out details.
• Cloudflare: Provides hosting, content delivery, and security protection. Processes standard connection metadata for site delivery. See the Hosting section above.
