Service
Structured support for partners working through conflict, communication, or rebuilding trust.
Relationships take work, and there are seasons when that work needs help from outside the relationship. Couples counseling at our practice gives you and your partner a neutral space and a trained therapist to look at what is happening between you — and to decide together what you want to do next.
Our couples therapists do not take sides. They help both partners feel heard, name the patterns that keep recurring, and build skills for handling conflict, communication, intimacy, and shared decisions. The work is honest, sometimes uncomfortable, and grounded in evidence-based methods like emotionally focused therapy and the Gottman Method.
We see couples at every stage — newly partnered, long-married, navigating a specific crisis, or considering whether to stay together. There is no single right reason to come in. If the relationship matters to you, that is enough.
These are the concerns our clinicians most often use this service to treat.
